Pattern Notes

Sweater has a raglan top-down construction, but it is worked partially in separate pieces because of the different colors to use for the body and the sleeves.

The Back is worked flat down through the armholes with raglan shaping using a 2 CC rows over 8 MC rows pattern.

Stitches for the Sleeves are casted on separately and are worked attached to the Back to the armholes and then in the round using a 2 MC rows over 8 MC rows pattern.

Then the Fronts are worked attached to the front side of the Sleeves in 2 separate pieces until the V-neck shaping is complete in the same 2 CC/8 MC striped pattern of the Back. The Fronts are then joined and worked through the armholes, where they are joined with the Back. The Body is then worked in the round to the hem.

Even if pieces are worked separately, no seaming is needed.

The neck has an I-cord finishing, forming small holes at regular intervals for the i-cord string. Finally, the I-cord string for the neck closing is worked and passed through the holes to form a nice closing.
