Pattern Notes

This is a seamless bottom-up construction worked flat. Starts with a 1×1 twisted ribbing, followed by a sequence of stripes in stockinette st (st st) and lace pattern. When reaching the underarms, front and back are separated and worked in st st, shaping armholes and neckline. Shoulders are joined by a Kitchener st. Finally, front bands are added to place the metallic snap buttons.

This design features an original lace technique in which 2 different size needles are used at the same time (i.e. US 11/8 mm and US 4/3.5 mm).

Yarn is held double throughout.
