Pattern Notes

This pattern is worked flat from the bottom up. The front is worked as one piece to armholes and then left and right panels are worked separately to shape V-neck line.

Sleeves are worked from picked up sts from the top down on modified drop shoulder. For better fit, sleeve caps are shaped with few short rows. Sleeves are also widened toward the cuffs.

Sleeve Stitches

When working sleeves, beginning with Short Row 2, work in Rhombus Stitch following Chart 2 between center markers and in Seed Stitch outside of center markers to cuffs. Pattern instruction for Sleeve has only center marker mentioned.

Working in Seed Stitch, keep in mind that the selvage stitch is always knit for this pattern. The very first stitch of Seed Stitch patt outside of either center marker is as following: p (k, p, k, k, p, p, p); it is important for incorporating stitches into the pattern, one by one.
