Lakeland Cables Scarf

A good cable scarf is necessary for autumn days spent by the lake. Chilly mornings have nothing on this stunning and cozy scarf.

Medium weight yarnYarn: Berroco Ultra Alpaca (50% Super Fine Alpaca, 50% Peruvian Wool; 219 yards [200 meters]/50 grams): Eiderdown (3 skeins)

Needles: US size 7 (4.5 mm)

Notions Markers, stitch holders, tapestry needle, cable needle (cn)

Special Stitches

1/2 RPC: Place 1 st on cn, hold to back, k2 from left needle, p1 from cn.

2/1 LPC: Place 2 sts on cn, hold to front, p1 from left needle, k2 from cn.

1/2 LC: Place 1 st on cn, hold to front, k2 from left needle, k1 from cn.

2/1 RC: Place 2 sts on cn, hold to back, k1 from left needle, k2 from cn.

2/2 LC: Place 2 sts on cn, hold to front, k2 from left needle, k2 from cn.

2/2 RC: Place 2 sts on cn, hold to back, k2 from left needle, k2 from cn.

2/2 LPC: Place 2 sts on cn, hold to front, p2 from left needle, k2 from cn.
