This hat is worked from the brim up. The geometric pattern is worked over two thirds of the hat while the rest is worked in Stockinette stitch.

Work in k2, p2 ribbing for 2” [5 cm].
Hat
Switching to larger needles, work next 80 sts from Chart, pm, k to end of round.
Repeat, working Rounds 1-18 of Chart A 2 times, then rounds 1-9 one time, repeating highlighted portion 4 times.
Work Rounds 37-54 of Chart B 1 time, repeating highlighted portion 3 times. (120 sts)
