Pattern Notes

The jacket is worked top down, starting at shoulders. Pieces are worked separately and joined at the underarms. The body is then worked flat in one piece.

It features reverse Stockinette st all over the body and sleeves, with fake seams marked by a line of slip stitches along the front, back, sides and sleeves.

Folded hems are worked in Stockinette stitch and contrasting color. Bottom edge of body is shaped with short rows.

Stitches are then picked up for set in sleeves and neckline lapel, which is worked in 1/1 ribbing.

Front edges are finished with applied I-cord.

Please read the whole instructions before starting.
