K3, BO 11, (k3, BO 9) 3 times, k3, BO 11, k3. You should now have 21 live sts – 3 sts for each of the two outter edge i-cords and four sets of 4 sts for the center I-cords.
Break yarn and place each set of live sts on to lockable markers or waste yarn.

Second Half of Stole

Carefully place sts from provisional cast on onto needle and, with RS facing, begin working from Row 2 of the stitch pattern. Work to mirror the first half.
Do not break yarn. You will now begin working the first Ii-cord.
I-cords: Transfer the first set of live sts onto DPN’s and begin working i-cord. Work until i-cord measures approx 1½“ in length. BO sts and break yarn, making sure to leave enough yarn to attach bead.
Work each I-cord in the same manner.

Finishing

Weave in any ends except for the tails at the end of each i-cord (these will be used to attach the beads). Soak and gently block.
Attach 1 bead to the end of each of the i-cords. yarn ball
