Rep from * until last 3 sts have been slipped back to left needle. K2, *lift right st on right needle over left st and off needle, k1; rep from *. BO all sts. Sew ends of I-cord together.
Knitted Cast on: Knit the first st, leave it on the needle, slip st on right needle to left by turning right needle clockwise and inserting left needle into st from left to right, remove right needle. 1 st co. Rep two more times until 3 sts have been cast on.

Yoke
