Remove the provisional cast-on and slip the CO stitches of Pocket on to a spare needle. 67 (71, 75) sts

Cut yarn, leaving a long tail of yarn, approximately 60″ long for grafting and leave sts on hold.

 

Finishing

Block all pieces to finished measurements.

Place hood top sts from holder onto needles and with yarn threaded on tapestry needle join them using the grafting method.

Join shoulder seams.

Sew back seam of hood. Sew bottom edge of hood to back neck.

Sew the zip to the front neckline opening.

Sew the straight pocket sides to the front.

Insert a locking stitch marker on each side of Front and Back 10.75 (11, 11.50)” down from shoulder seam, to mark armholes.

Side seams: only sew 2” down from markers together at the side seams at a distance 7 sts in from the edge.

Sew the other side seam the same.

Weave in ends.
