Notion: Stitch markers, tapestry needle
Brp: Purl st tog with its companion yo
Sl1yof: Insert needle purlwise wyif, place yarn over needle to back, then between needles to front, then slip st and the companion yo to right needle

Loosely CO 145 sts.
Set-up Row (WS): Sl1 p-wise, *p1, k1; rep from * to end.
Row 1 (RS): Sl1 p-wise wyif, *sl1yof, p1; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 2: Sl1 wyif, p1, *k1, brp; rep from * to last st, k1.
Rows 3-10: Rep Rows 1-2.
Row 11 (RS): Sl1 p-wise wyif, p1, *sl1yof, p1; rep from * to last st, k1.
Row 12 (WS): Sl1 wyif, *k1, brp; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
Rows 13-20: Rep Rows 11-12.
Rep Rows 1-10 once more.
BO Row (RS): Sl1, *yo, k1, sl both sts over, p1; rep from * to last st, cut yarn and pull through last st.
