Bow Wow Knit Collar Bow

Finishing

Weave in any rem ends.

Cut three 24” strands of yarn and one 8” strand.

Use the 3-24” strands held together, weave the strands through the knit column on the WS. Gather the tie along the strands and knot the strands on the WS.

Braid the strands on each side of the tie, knotting the ends to secure the braids.

Thread the 8” strand, at the center of the tie from the WS to the RS (where it’s gathered), as close to the edge as possible, thread the 3 beads on the yarn, thread the yarn back to the WS on the opposite edge, snug and knot securely on the WS. Trim the ends to about 1/8”.

Wrap the braided ties around your dog’s collar and tie securely to the collar so the ends fall on the front of the collar.
